Every commission at ARAS PINE begins with a conversation. Silhouette, proportion, hardware, colourway, finish — decided together with the atelier, not chosen from a form. Every bespoke piece is cut and stitched by hand at our Türkiye workshop, then delivered to our Doha showroom.

Every commission begins from a silhouette or a sketch. Materials, hardware, and finish are chosen together with the atelier once we have understood the brief.
The process
Four steps from conversation to piece.
I
Reach the atelier

II
The brief
We talk through what the piece needs to do — how it carries, what it holds, the finish you have in mind. The atelier suggests silhouettes, leathers, and hardware based on what you describe.
III
The design
The atelier sketches the piece and confirms the material, colour, hardware, monogram and finish. Nothing enters the cutting bench without the design being signed off first.
IV
The build
Cut, stitched and finished by hand at the atelier in Türkiye. When the piece is ready we let you know so you can collect it at the shop or arrange delivery.
Materials
The same materials we cut for the collection.
Bespoke pieces are built from the same materials the house already works in — full-grain calfskin, cotton canvas with leather trim, suede, and nubuck. Each piece is finished with brass hardware and the cast tree emblem.

Executive commissions, milestone gifts, small matched runs.
The atelier takes commissions for corporate gifts and small runs of matched pieces — a wallet for a leadership team, a matched belt and cardholder as a graduation gift, an engraved brief for a board. - Every commission is a conversation with the atelier about a specific piece — silhouette, proportion, hardware, colourway and finish. We start from one of the house's own silhouettes (backpack, tote, crossbody, clutch, messenger, belt or a small leather good) and adapt it to your brief, or draw a new piece from scratch when the request calls for it.
