Genuine natural leather develops its own patina over time. Subtle variations in colour, grain and texture are natural characteristics of the material, not defects. Keep the bag away from excessive moisture, oils, perfumes, and direct sources of heat. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may alter the natural colour of the leather. If the surface becomes wet, gently pat it with a clean, soft and dry cloth and let it dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use alcohol, solvents, household cleaners, or abrasive materials. For matte or vintage-finish leathers (including Crazy Horse), rub minor scuffs with a soft, lint-free cloth; a small amount of leather conditioner blends them in. When not in use, store the bag in its protective dust bag in a cool, dry place — never long-term in a plastic bag.

Every ARAS PINE piece is cut, stitched and finished by hand. Hides and hardware are chosen individually — no two pieces are identical. Each bag ships with a numbered card of provenance, a cotton dust bag, and our lifetime repair pledge: bring the piece back and we will restore it, at cost, for as long as you own it.
